Yup, it's the passenger rear bumper end. It's yours for the taking.
I'm in Middletown, CT if you want to pick up. Or I can bring it with me on any of the club runs (ECXC, B2SR or the ones in between) I'll be attending.

Yes but with 16.5“ is the hard to find part. I can find new wheels all day in regular sizes...

no prob. if you lookin to get tires i'd suggest Goodyear Wrangler MTR's w kevlar. expensive, but worth every penny.
