Hi all, Lee is setting up the forum...the website for the park isn't a necessity right now and is on the back burner, but negotiations are in works.

While Lee is working on the forum I've been working on some other stuff. I'm wondering if anyone wants to do some digging for me. If I can I'd like to find out what other similar parks are bringing in annually. It should be a matter of public record, but I'm not sure where to look. I have a pretty full plate, so I thought I'd throw it out there. If anyone's interested let me know and we'll talk about it. I'd like to know what regular admissions are and what monies they get from events, if I can. Basically, I just want to prove the park could be profitable. I also posted about this on ADJ just in case... :D Bonnie

Not sure if it is public information. If they are private companies you don't need to make your financial information public. It could also be mis-leading as there are plenty of ways to "hide" money to avoid taxes.

However, you can always check with Dunn and Bradsteet. But that costs $$$. Plus the published company name might not be the actually owners name. I just did a search on Paragon in PA and did not find Paragon Adventure Park.

Just my thoughts. I am by no way an expert in this.

Me either, which is why I'm asking for help. I do know that Paragon is owned by another corporation, I can't remember off hand the name, but I have it at home. I'll check. As for it not being public record...maybe it's not, that's one thing I need to figure out. If it's not there has to be a way to get the information I need. Bonnie :)

Unless the company has like 500 shareholders it could be private info, I'm working on other ways to get the info I need. Paragon has a bunch of companys involved. Overland Enterprises, Inc, NEUROC Inc. PCA Corp., Butler Ent., The Eight B's Club, and Samuel L. Luceno. That's okay I think I have another way to get a round about figure anyway. I'll let you know soon. Thanks. Bonnie :D

We're still working out some details.

We have a piece of land that we are in negotiations with.
