Not sure I understand... would this person be a 'guest' of a registered & paid participant?

If yes, and this 'guest' is not wheeling or staying for the Saturday dinner/raffle, then they don't have to pay us. They will, however, have to pay the $5/day visitor charge at the campground office.

If this person is wheeling, they must pay the full event fee.

No, this person would be a leech, a parasite.

...answers my question. Thanks

I always thought that in order to run with us they had to sign up to the forum and use the sign up tool. Don't feed leaches.

Why would they have to pay?

To help cover food costs for the Saturday night cookout.

What if they don't want the Saturday food?
What if they want to just freeload on the work the club put into getting this event together.

While on the note of not freeloading, and supporting the club, is my suppoting member up to date?

Nope. You are listed as as regular Forum Member.

Easiest way to check is to see how your username is listed on the Forum.

PayPal@nexterra.org is best. Select friends and family and include a note what it is for and your screen name. At least, that's what I do.

Damn, looks like I'm out this year kids. I have plans to downhill with my brother that day. So instead of driving over rocks, I'll be slaying step-ups and tabletops.

Somehow, about 4 things fell on September 17th this year. Oh well.

keep forgetting to check this thread. Be too damn busy. And I missed the shirt cut off!

Oh well. Up my guest count to 3 in case you are counting heads for Saturday night food.

Really looking forward to this event!

We have a good number of folks who have signed up.... the weather is looking to remain nice & comfortable... it's shaping up to be a fantastic weekend.

Based on Ernie & my recent trip over there, here're some info on the trails:

Greens - are stock friendly with some harder sections that will give your rig a workout. Good, fun trails.

Blues - are hard blues, closer to blue/blacks. The trails have seen a lot of use making them dug up, some areas are tight with trees or rocks or both. Skids, sliders, lift, aggressive tires mandatory. Diff locks will help but may not be needed. There are bypasses for some obstacles. There is a good possibility of damage. If you are damage averse, I'd suggest choosing greens.

Blacks - you should have wheeling experience & your rig be built. Damage is highly likely.

I updated your guest count, thanks, Keith.

And I have you down for an XL shirt.
