Here it is almost 8:00pm...still have not eaten dinner...but I do have about 20lbs of chicken and 5lbs of speidies marinating in the fridge. We should have plenty of meat to eat for the weekend. If your a vegitarian, I have a big lawn for you to graze on, sorry!

If you bring something that needs to stay cold, you will need your cooler. I have no more room in the fridge

Now I need to get some work done on my truck. I have broken sway bar mounts that are driving me nuts so that will come off and a bunch of other stuff to do. Also, my workshop is a mess. I got to try and get that straightened up before this weekend so I can find my tools. I am usually good about putting tools away, but right now, it's a mess.

Anytime anyone shows up tomorrow is fine. I took the day off. I only have 385 days saved up, so I may take the year.

Well, it is official that they did not give me the weekend off like I requested. Would have been nice to get out there with the Jeep.

I have boxes of parts that have been lying around for well over a month that I haven't even begun to start working on yet.... the busy Aug. led right into a busy Sept.

Me too...Been working on the truck for a few days now getting it ready...I cant wait for this weekend...

i have 26 as the current truck count, but we won't really know until Saturday morning.

Awesome, 26 trucks is like the first ECXC! In a couple of years it should be as big.

I'm totally psyched. I took the truck out for the first official test drive, and everything seems good for now. I guess I'll find out for sure on the drive up tomorrow.

We'll be leaving around 11am-12pm from suffolk county, long island and we'll be taking the I87 to 28 route. If anyone is in the area at that time drop me a call and we'll caravan over.


I managed to knock my usual tools and parts down to two large, ridiculously heavy tool boxes. One for spare parts, one for tools. Oh, and a seperate box for the air tools, and a seperate bag for recovery gear..LOL
Shit.. I still have to pack up the tent and camping crap. Doh!!

Do I need to bring a camping lantern or will there be enough light?
I always have the 6D cell maglight.
