Will make sure to bring a Broccoli Salad bowl to the party. Even the VFD I cooked for finished a bowl of this stuff after 40 Lbs of corned beef for St Pat's and they hate veggies! Bacon, Broc & dressing what more could you ask for? (not looking for any answers either)

I'll supply paper products.
I'll do plates, plasticware, napkins, etc.

I'll also pony up for soft drinks.

You can use the oven. I'll be cooking outside.

I've got plenty of coolers & an ice machine so i'm all set!
Thanks for the head's up!

So I'll still do a macaroni salad - but will do a tray of the shrimp "can'O'pees" as Tom / Franky 5 fingers would call 'em!

We'll pick up a side dish of some sort along the way or something. :)
It all depends on when I get out of work and we get going. Maybe be a really late night arrival for us. :(

On the food front, I'm going to be doing the 7-layer dip as well as a buffalo chicken dip. They go great with any kind of beer ;)

Scott, would it be possible to use your oven to quickly bake the dip after we get back from the run on Saturday? I am just going to bring the ingredients for the 7-layer dip so that it doesn't get all mushy and watery.

I'm going to end up doing the buffalo chicken dip in my crock pot so that we can just plug it in and be good to go.
