Ok here's some details on this years run.

Sept. 19th

Location:
West Oneonta,New York

Scott's house

203 Highland Terrace
West Oneonta, New York 13861

Details:
Everyone who wants to attend will arrive at Scott's house on Friday evening. That's Friday the 18th. We will be camping in Scott's yard. There's plenty enough room for everyone.
Saturday morning we will be wheeling and Saturday evening have a BBQ (still working on this).
This day also falls on National Talk like a Pirate day so don't be affraid to wear some Pirate gear..

We are also requiring that people who are attending this event to please print out one of these waivers and read and fill out the bottom. I will also have a few printed out with me incase people do forget. But everyone NEEDS to fill one out.. ;

Ok there will be a fee for this event. That fee will $25.00

T-shirts are going to be Navy blue with Yellow lettering (yes where going for brightness).
But will have the NEXterra logo in front like last years. The logo featured a skull & crossbones instead of the X in NEXterra (keeping with the talk like a Pirate day theme). I will see if I can post up an image of the logo.
