Hmmmm....maybe I will drive this one. I have 2" SL, 33" tires and sliders but no skids (except the stock OR gas tank skid). Being as most of this is mud, it looks like I should be ok.

You should run it. It will be some of the best real-life wheeling you will ever do. I wouldn't say most of it is mud, although there is plenty of that, but most of it is woods with some real world technical challenges. Skids are not the most important factor, but traction is.

This ain't mud:

Sounds good. I think I'll pass on that trail! :)

I'm running on Pro Comp Mud Terrain's which 4 Wheeler actually rated pretty high. WAY better better than the stock Long Trails.....

Thanks for the info guys.

Really?!
Look a little small for 44's. :P
Then again, it doesn't take much lift to fit ridiculous tires on those trucks.

Glad there are other JK's going to this run.
I have no clue what this thing is capable of.
I guess we'll find out.

Ok, so there is going to be a stockish line? The yellow, correct? Ok. I have 33' GY duratracs, would I be able to wheel in the yellow group without extensive body damage?

Donald..
That's a whole new spot that I was stuck in.. I was trying to make a bypass for the yellow groupand was able to do just that by digging myself in and then winching out.

and, 33's will be good on the yellows... it's more stock(ish) friendly, but bear in mind that even the yellow's are technical and some places will have a little bit of the pucker factor

I just thought I'd let you guys figure out if my truck was worthy of these trails on friday night. I'm stockish, except for the 33's and the 2" BL and the skids and the sliders.

Mike I am glad to see that somebody other than myself hasn't quite caught up with all of the damage taken at ECXC. Wish I could have made this run guys, maybe next year.
