 Post subject: Supporting Membership & BTSR event prepayment?

Just wondering if the Supporting Member's renew fee will be due at the BTSR as has been for previous years, or could this be prepaid? Also curious if the payment of event fees has been worked out, so the board won't have to front the money, for the event (ie NEA fee, Tshirts, etc)?
