Well DUH dmpmfd :lol: I am posting under it, paranoid FOG (you'll know upon meeting, if you don't know already) :roll: , 1 passenger possibly (TakAHike from ECXC caravan :wink: ), 2K4/Nissan/Xterra, plan to wheel.

Will post upon confirmation but I believe I'll meet ya at I87 @ noon Friday.

I am interested in attending the event as a guest and would love to bring one of my boys with me. (Nick is currently obsessed with Monster Trucks and I'm pretty sure he would considered most you guys trucks monster trucks) However, I would need to ride along with someone who wouldn't mind having a three year old in a car seat in the back.

Any takers?

Fucking work decided to roll out 50 new PCs and work the Entire Company sitting around. Which Means configuring all different IPs and shit! they are now telling me i can't go!!!!! WTF i'm soo f**king PISSED


I going to try and Pled to the Publisher that it cant be done that weekend.

Man that sucks.

I just can not understand, even in this economy, how a company can cancel a weekend off that had been approved a month ago. How can they build any kind of employee loyalty or positive work ethic? I mean you must be like ?f@ck them?, I just don?t get it.

They dont give a shit about me or anyone in this company. To them Everyone's expendable... If i can't make it i'm going to be pissed. If they make me work and going to pull out the "sunday" card. And just drive up after work on Saturday or something. i dont want to miss out on that Chicken! Plus Raffle and shirts! F*#K!!!!!!!!

Derek - screw that. Have some other person setup the PC's. All you need to do is set up DHCP and be done with it. Why configure 50 static IP's?

If the person's anal about security, I can see setting up the static IPs - especially if he's having to do them sequentially.

At least it's not the MAC address level.

But, Derek... I agree... this bites. If this is security driven, we all know that there are better ways than static IP to take on that type of effort.. Static IP only creates problems later on when there's a problem with a machine and it needs to be replaced.

Yes i know.. i'm hopeing that i can start friday night untill what ever time i can stay there untill, if i can finish all the move plus setting up i'll be out in the afternoon and drive straight there!
