Many people are asking what to bring. Perhaps we can get more organized on this thread. I will be providing hotdogs and hamburgers on Friday night and chicken on Saturday. Beer is always a good side dish, but other than beer and beer, please list what you would like to bring as a side, desert, or snack. Jeff has breakfast covered on Saturday morning...or was that Sunday? If anyone can bring an extra coffee maker, that would help. Anything else??? Oh, don't forget the beer. :D

I'll have a group of 4, between myself, my wife (Darci) my buddy Mike (was there with me last year) and his brother Matt.

I'll have my wife make up some of her potato salad for Friday night, I have the leftover booze from ECXC and will, of course, run out to get some beer.

Well first thought would be food storage. I know I could bring up two coolers to help on that front. Got plenty of Twisted Tea for anyone who wants to sample.

Very good point. There will probably be no refrigerator space with over 40 chicken breasts marinating...I will have trouble fitting that in there. :(

Just checked and I have a 48 qt (I think 48 qts, been in family since I was a child of 6 or so, only one I know of that still has a bottle opener on the handle) and 96 qt coolers coming up. Figuring 48 qt for beverages and drink ice and the 96 could be for food. Since I'm sure there will be plenty of food from everyone so I'm not going to make too much, but I'm thinking for a 16 serving portion of some salad/veggie (most of my veggies have meat too). If my guessing is correct the 96 should probably be able to hold at least 6 maybe 8 1/2 steamer trays along with cooling (ice/freezer blocks). Any food in ziplocks would help out in storage space.

That would most likely solve our food storage problems.
