Anyone heading down there Wednesday 18th? Map says its just about a 6 hour drive from my place. Check in at camp is 3 pm or later... anyone wanna drive down together or caravan? anyone already planning one? |

i'm going down early wed. no real plans beyond that yet should be going on 78 or 80 both suck for the RV and towing. |

I seem to remember having a super hard time trying to keep up with a Mountaineer that was towing a monster Toyota on 80 a couple of years ago on the way to ECXC!!  Good times!

Good morning! We are less than 3 weeks away from this year's East Coast Xterra Challenge!!! SATURDAY JUNE 30 IS THE LAST DAY TO SIGN UP! After that event registration will be closed! If you haven't signed up yet, don't get shut out! If you have already signed up, but don't see your name under the "Fully Registered Drivers" list, then that means we have not received your event payment yet. You can send that via PayPal to ecxc@nexterra.org. For all of those who have sent their money in - thank you! The list should be up to date as of this post. We will be hosting another Nexterra Night at Moose's LZ again. Come join us for a night out with other Xterra enthusiasts! The first 50 people who sign up AND show up to this Friday night event will receive a limited edition ECXC 2018 morale patch!  We only have 50! Once they're gone, they're gone forever! Don't miss out on yours! Nexterra events require that all registered drivers and their passengers sign a club waiver. This year, we are accepting electronically signed waivers. In the Nexterra Club waiver, there is a field at the bottom that will allow you to sign with a digital ID (when using Adobe Acrobat). Once you have signed the waiver, please save a copy and email it to ecxc@nexterra.org. Make sure you include your screen name in the email. Each registered driver and all passengers will need to fill out one of these waivers. This should help save time the mornings of the event. Please be sure to check the Event Agenda page for times and location information throughout the event. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please let me or any of the Nexterra Events Committee members know. |
