- 9:00 AM: Arrive, sign-in with AOAA Office, register with ECXC staff
- 9:30 AM: Mandatory Drivers Meeting, and then head out onto the trails at discretion of your group leader

Friday, July 18 - AOAA Trails
- 9:00 AM: Arrive, sign-in with AOAA Office, register with ECXC staff as necessary
- 9:30 AM: Mandatory Drivers Meeting, and then head out onto the trails at discretion of your group leader.

Saturday, July 19 - AOAA Trails
- 9:00 AM: Arrive & sign-in with AOAA Office, register with ECXC staff as necessary
- 9:30 AM: Mandatory Drivers Meeting, and then head out onto the trails with your group leader
- 5:30 PM: Cookout & Raffle @ the pavilion at AOAA
