I was just told that Twingrove campground has no cabins available and that the Hampton in Pinegrove is all booked. Nearest Hampton with rooms in in Lebanon about 18 miles from Twingrove |

Event update 4/7/2022: There are 20 Xterras registered to date. There are 33 vendors that have committed to help sponsor the event so far. They include: 718OffRoad, All Terrain Nation, AOAA Trails, BANDIT4x4, BubbaGear, Cascadia Vehicle Tents, Dana Rukse, Fourtreks, Frontrunner Outfitters, Garvin, HIDProjectors, JACO Superior Powersports, Knives by Mark, Lifestyle Offroad, MaxGear, Midland USA, Mymedic, Napier, Nexterra.org, Nisstec, Not-A-Jeep, NPC Patch Designs, NYC-Offroad, Offbrand, Official Tool Roll, Offroad Gorilla, Offroad Vixens, RAM Mount, Rausch Creek, Ruff Stuff Specialties, Shrockworks, Trasharoo, Warn-USA & White Knuckle Off Road. I was told that the “ECXC Base Camp” at Twin Grove Campground has no cabins available. There should be camp sites available if you want and ya might find a cancelation closer to the event date but I wouldn’t count on it. The closest Hampton about 5 miles from Twin Grove in Pinegrove is all booked. Again, you can hope for a cancelation closer to the event date but I wouldn’t count on it. There is a Comfort Inn close to the Hampton with a few rooms available when I checked today HERE and a Knights Inn near that you can check HERE. Nearest Hampton with rooms in in Lebanon about 18 miles from Twingrove you can check HERE You can also camp at AOAA Trails and at Rausch Creek. Just make sure you make arrangements with them beforehand. Make sure to register by 5/31 to be eligible for the shirt & avoid the higher late fee.
