Scott, I saw your post of fat4x4 about re-packing bearings. On the difficulty scale of 1 to 10 how hard is this task?
After Richford my front bearings a whining a little.

The mechanical difficulty is about a 2 to 3. It's a messy job and, the first time you do it, it takes about an hour per side. Now it takes about an hour total for me. Your hubs are different, but I am sure the process is similar. It is very similar in all 4x4 vehicles I have owned.
Special tools: A good (don't go cheap) pair of snap ring pliers, about $20. I got a really good pair at Lowes. A bearing packer, there are several different types, I like the ones that are like a cup and you push the bearing into it. Optional, is a lock ring tool. I made one out of one designed for a GMC half ton truck...not sure what your's is like.
