Just an FYI for anyone considering doing an alignment....
I have been putting off getting the X aligned, but was looking at firestones lifetime alignment. It's currently listed at $179.00, but if you go on the website you can print off a coupon for $50 off $100 purchase good up until 8/3. Which brings the total amount down to $129. Not bad considering the cheapest I've found was $80 per alignment without getting anything else done.

It all depends on which Firestone you go to. They just dont want to be doing an alignment every week and they see our trucks and say "oh no." One tech told me they had a guy who raced his car and had it in all the time trying to give them specs etc etc...that's who they dont want.

I have the plan and got it on sale. The Firestone I go to doesnt hassle me at all. However because of my PML and suspension lift--I still have issues and the alignment isnt perfect--only so far the camber bolts can adjust and they are brand new.

One guy mentioned shims, another Nissan tech in our crew of xterra addicts said really all you can do is live with it or lower the pml a bit.

I have been living with it :D

I have this also. Last time I was there, the tech said the skids were really cool. He got everything in spec with the new camber bolts.

Same here, Everytime i pull in i see all there faces go.. " oh here he comes again" ... lmao. Well worth the price. I ONLY go there cause of the alignment. I hate Firestone for everything else.
