Like title says. I did a little maintenance this weekend while helping out Steve put on his body lift.

Here's what I did.

Changed oil.
used Nissan filter
Mobil 1
New crush washer

Changed rear diff fluid:
Mobil 1 75W90
New drain plug

ABS light:
Soldered the wires and cleared the light.

Also got spare tire mounted.

Just thought I'd share.

Doesn't always feel good to do a little maintenance on the truck?

Glad to hear that you were able to solder the ABS wire. :D
Much cheaper than the alternative.

Yeah no doubt Ken.. It was actually really easy. It's a thick wire if your looking at it and if you carefully cut it ope you see two seperate wires inside. One black and the other white.

So what we did was solder both wires togethers. Put a piece of shrink tubing over each wire and melted that and took a bigger piece of heat shrink tubing and melted it over the two wires. Sealing them both together and doubling up the protection. ;)
