In society today it's not like we are allowed to police each other and the system does nothing about the violators until they shut it down. |

SMH I had a feeling it was going to start happening sooner or later. It happens all over the southern jersey area. Even the fire roads and hunting areas by me are slowly being ruined in the same fashion as well with the bonfires, garbage, and tearing up sensitive areas. Sent from my SM-T217S using Tapatalk |

I think that its a case of "post office" in which a clousure of some swamp area access, etc, was passed on until it became a closure of all access, etc. The Wharton Guy with the answers: 1 609 561 0024 Ask for Rob |

I was just talking to some people from " Open Trails New Jersey" today. They were at the off road truck show in Seaside Heights. They said there is a second petition that just came out the other day and gave me the info on it. Here's the link: http://tiny.cc/s35h4x So far by the first petition they have been able to delay the state from completing the map of closed trails in Wharton State Forest. I believe this new petition is to get the state & groups like Open Trails New Jersey to get together and make reasonable decisions on if a road needs to be closed because of environmental issues. Right now it's just the state making their own rules if any and just closing roads in the forest at their free will. So if everyone reading this could help out and sign the petition it would be appreciated. |
