Email(s) sent.

There is a deadline of January 23rd - a little more than 4 days from now.

Please provide your support if you haven't done so already.

I even got a response to my e-mail today!

Dear Ann,
Thank you for taking the time for provide comments on the OGH Road proposed closure. I have printed your commnets and will present to the Board of Selectmen tomorrow. Once the agenda for the Selectmen's meeting on the 26th is finalized, I will forward to you so that you can see if the matter is on for discussion. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for posting this.

As of today [1/21/09], this item has been taken off of the meeting agenda due to the huge response received. If, in the future, this topic is brought up again, notification will be sent to all those who (e)mailed letters.

This doesnt mean the topic is dead, but it is dead for now.

Hi Ann,

The Board of Selectmen has scheduled a meeting with the Sno-goers on Monday, March 2, 2009 at 6:30 PM to discuss closing OGH Roard. The meeting will be held at Town Offices at 41 Province Lane, Barrington.

Can anyone attend or follow up? It's kind of far for me....

It's a bit of a hike for a week night, but I plan on going up for this. Just an update on the location; this was quoted from an email from Carol over on exploringNH

"I would be glad to see everyone - these issues are too important to be decided in a vacuum. You should see the lights on in the building by the long parking lot that runs up to a children's playground on the night of the meeting. If you come in that door [which is actually the "back" door of the building, you would go up the small set of stairs, across the hall, down the opposite stairway and into the main and only meeting room at Town Offices. I promise to have a sign in the foyer directing you.

Carol "

Not going to be able to make it tonight - still working on an application I was hoping to have done yesterday.

The clock is a tickin'...
