Stock bolts are to short, they give you longer ones.

In all honesty, I would email them and ask, I'm not sure.

Don't know the length, but they're 5/16 bolts. Can measure the thickness of the cover and add 5/8-3/4 inch.

Make sure you remove any old gasket compound from the bolt holes and only go hand tight +1/4 turn with a socket.

Ballistic Fab calls for over 40 ft-lbs but now i'm very nervous. I think you guys are mostly talking about the M226 cover from Ruffstuff but should I follow the torque spec or do hand tight + 1/4 turn? Note that the C200 does not have a lubelock and will need RTV style gasketing

I have the ARB covers on the Jeep & use RTV, hand tight has worked for me. Mostly because i can’t get my torque wrench in all the bolts.

And that's dry. Add anti seize or some over spill rtv and the number lowers.

Those are a pain to extract, might be easier to pull the cover and clamp some voice grips on and twist it out..
And always hand tighten I learned the hard way too..

Thanks guys. The size of the bolt is 5/16 18x1 according to Morgan from ruffstuff. My problem is to extract the broken bolt lol...i hope i dont break the bolt extractor because its a hard metal.

I broke a cheap (Ryobi) extractor in mine. Don't do that. I wound up having to drill it out and helicoil it.
I'd take the cover off and try to grab on with vice grips.
