Well What I though was a hw issue it was just one bolt just didn’t thread right, I may have damaged the thread when I installed the previous schrock cover so I just used a second washer on that one bolt and I think it will do the trick. No leaks and will know later when I go from my test drive, but I’m thinking it will be fine or a least I hope. But held 3 quarts and it looks great and will be damn stoked if I doesn’t leak , I had seep prior to this and it was a pain.

I kind of bent it to just stay above it, but the e-brake line was laying on top of it, so I created a small rubber gromett to wrap around it, so it wouldn't constantly rub, and become a problem.

same minor problem here, 1 bolt sames like not line up correctly. how to the line that welded to the stock diff cover? zipties lol...! I won this diff at ECXC2019 by the way...thanks for event staff and sponsors.

I noticed it was a little off as well, so I put in all the bolts and then tightened them. I used the lube locker gasket, just tightened them a little more then wrist strengthe. I used a little blue permatex on the bolt threads, and also on the fill plug. After almost a year, have had no problems.
