So with winter almost here and my battery probably getting close to swap, what are peeps going with? I was thinking of going with a yellow optima deep cycle? Anyone have it and does it fit? Any other suggestions? Running winch and will probably add a few cube lights on the bumper? Bear Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I’ve had good luck with the Advance Auto, AGM size 24 batteries. I have one each in the X and Frontier. Something like 760 cca and 70 amp hours. The one in the frontier is a few years old. Possibly 4 or more. It’s still running strong. And the one in the X is about a year old. I’ve run it down to 8v or something like that. The solar charger in the camper wasn’t working properly. We swapped it over temporarily because the size 28 one failed. Until we could get the right warrantied from Oreillys. Their pretty tough batteries. And they don’t have the ill temperament or high maintenance needs of some of the batteries that begin with the letter O. |

I’ll have to check them out. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I've got the Optima yellow-top. It fits fine, and I've had no problems with it. I want to say I've had it for at least 4-5 years now. My stock battery had lasted me quite a long time. |

I have a napa battery in mine, no problems so far. But when I change it, I'll go interstate. Always been good to me. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk |
