Exactly what information about the SOA are you looking for?

I know 2 people who have done this on II Gen.

Oz - http://www.thenewx.org/forum/showthread.php?t=8063

Creek - http://www.thenewx.org/forum/showthread.php?t=39018

Remember that pickup trucks are spring over.
The twisting is called axle wrap.

Check both the links that Stephen posted and keep and.eye on Creeks build. He's about to get his rig on the road and will have a ton of info as to what he did to combat this.

I'll be doing the same build as Creek in May. Keep your eyes open for it.

Later

I didnt think the SOA gives you that much. I was thinking around 4''.
but on 2nd gens they dont have the tortion set up so i would look in to getting more lift in the front.

it is about 6'' first mesure the axle housing then the width of the spring then the width of the spring perch and the width of the old perch and that's how much lift
