Are you replacing the calmini aal's? with these? If so then I would have to say no that you don't have to use stock shackles.

I believe you'll need to remove the Calmini AAL's, bringing the leaf pack back to stock, before installing these. Although, maybe you could leave those in. Not sure about that. I don't know if anyone has ever tried that combinaion.
As for the shackles, I'd assume you could stick with whatever you are currently using.

Mike, by looking at the pic again it certainly looks like he could leave the Calmini AAL's in and add that to the pack. Just as long as the center bolt is long enough to accomodate it.

Now that would be quite a combo. He'd need to remove the shims that came with the AAL's and get new ones.... I think.

The center pin on the PRG AAL is plenty long, but stacking AAL's is going to greatly increase the spring rate. If all you want is your height back then ok. If you want it to actually flex and not ride like the axle is welded to the frame, then pull the crapmini AAL

I would remove the Calmini AAL before installing the Deaver AAL from PRG. You do not have to go back to your stock shackles unless you want to lose some rear height.
I do not, do not, do not recommend using the Calmini AAL in conjunction with the Deaver AAL. That will create a lot of unwanted vibration and cause a headache.

For all the parts remember the sale that Saratoga Nissan is doing. I can ship it to you if it is worth while depending on how flagpole treats you.
