Ok let's talk some brakes.

The 05 needs some new brakes so I wanna change them and for pads I know I've seen alot of guys running the Stillen metal matrix pads, but I think I'm gonna run with the EBC Greenstuff's. I run them in my X and like them..

But while replacing front and rear pads I wanna replace the rotors. What's people doing about them?

I would have ran the Brembo OEM replacement rotors but it seems they don't make them for the next gens. I run them in the black X and like them as well.

So any input or ideas.

I just had my origional rotors turned and they were good to go; still within spec. I know that Dave is running the Stillen rotors.

Well my problem is that I won't be able to take the rotors off and take them to be resurfaced.

I've also dealt with Nissans thru out my life and the OEM rotors have little tolerance for turning down. They don't give ya much to work with from the get go.

Plus not only that I noticed a slight wobble during heavy braking like one of the rotors might be warped. So thats why I'd rather just change them out along with new pads and roll new. ;)

I had thought about those if I didn't use my stock rotors as the price is definitely right.

I'm running the Stillen Drilled Rotors and Like them. I got stuck at Rausch and the holes cleaned out on their own ( Soupy Mub ).

I'll see ya tomorrow and you can check them out.

Real easy to replace as well.

Gene, I was talking to JT, and he said at Mastria they turn the rotors right on the vehicles because it's the best way to do it.

I ended up going with the EBC Greenstuff pads front and rear.

And for rotors I also got a good deal on EBC OEM replacement rotors for the front and rear. ;)
