I received a couple emails last week from Carfax about a recall for my truck. The recall number listed was:

PC948 PTH FTR XTR DR AB EM NO RPR

When I Googled it, I found an old recall notice in regards to the crash zone sensor, but that was dated from 2009.

When I spoke to my local Nissan Service dept. they said that there was a recall that recently came out, but it was in regards to the emblem on the steering wheel that could come loose due to old glue. Nissan doesn't have the parts ready yet for the recall, so at some point in the next month or two, they'll be sending out letters to all affected truck owners.

I'm not sure if the whole airbag will be replaced or just the steering wheel cover.

Man, I hope it's not the same glue used on dentures, or they're going to be recalling peoples' teeth all over the place.
