Today I was going to change my differential fluids. ARB recommend changing them out after the first 1500 miles, and I am over that. I must have hit something at the B2S run because my rear drain plug is mangled beyond belief. I decided before I try to remove it, I'm going to have to grind it out to get a breaker bar in there, I need to order a new one. The metal is folded right over the hole.

Been there, done that many times on the Frontier. I just keep filing away what covers the hole. Fun ain't it?
One time I had a chunk of wood jammed up there (in the diff plug silly). Had to drill it out.

I used synthetic 75-90 gear oil. Make sure it is API-GL 5 fluid.
The rear takes 5 7/8 pints and the front takes 3 1/8 pints, so you will need 6 quarts to do both. The stuff isn't cheap. but it is fairly easy to do.
