The key what you do want to do. You only asked about at torsion bar cranking. You don't need anything in the way of parts to do that. But the torsion bar cranking will only raise the front end (about an inch and half). It will not raise the rear end. If you want the rear end raised too to match what you are doing on the front end, you will need to get a set of aftermarket shackles.

If you do the torsion lift, you need to lift the rear also. The cheapest way to do that is to buy the lift shackles.
You can buy them here:

That by cranking the torsion bars + the rear lift shackles, you should get about 1.5 inch lift.
