Come up to CT and I'll do it for free too.
But, like Mikhail said, get an alignment soon after

If you get a floor jack under the front end and take the weight off the wheel (one side at a time), all you need are a 3/4" socket for the adjustor bolt on the bottom and a 3/4" wrench on the nut up top.

make sure to loosen up the lock nut first by backing it off a bit before trying the adjustment.

If you have no problems (which you shouldn't unless everything is rust welded and needs pursuasion to loosen), it should take about 15 minutes per side to do.

The catch will be if you have to re-index the torsion bars - meaning that the adjustors are cranked as far as they can be. That can take a bit longer because you need to be able to back the torsion bars out of the anchors (or adjustors) and then re-seat everything and then crank the bars.

Do you have the aftermarket shackles already?
If so, add another half hour per side - depending on if the shackle bolts are stuck inside the bushings. If they are, then you may need to cut them and replace them.
