Is there a way to change my profile name from ducatiboyX to DocX without reapplying?

Must explain...

"Doc" is my nickname with most people, comes from being a medic in the Army.

"Ducatiboy" is with my motorcycle friends.

DocX sounds better I think.

I hope it doesn't confuse people too much. :)
