Vendor Sponsorship Categories & Requirements

Who is a Vendor?
    An individual or entity who sells products or services to the public or specialized groups of people. Products and services must meet all applicable legal regulations. The vendor will also be presumed to have any and all legally required licenses that may be necessary to provide such products or services for sale.

    Examples of Products and Services:
    Product - Replacement parts, accessories, discount vouchers, etc.
    Services – Vehicle maintenance, personal/consulting services, etc.

Vendor Categories:
    1. Supporting Sponsors/Vendor
    2. Events Sponsor
    3. Associate Sponsor

Requirements for each vendor categories:

    1. Supporting Sponsors/Vendor
      Requirements:
      • Donates products/services free of charge for 2 or more club events (eg. ECXC) in the same calendar year
      OR
      • Donates products/services free of charge for 1 club events and attends 1 or more club events in the same calendar year
      OR
      • Donates products/services valued at MSRP $500 or more for 1 club event during the year

      Benefits:
      • Vendor logo listed on the NEXTerra Website for the calendar year - http://www.nexterra.org/nexterra/sponsors/
      • Added to the rolling banner on the NEXTerra forums for the calendar year – http://www.nexterra.org/forums
      • Sponsor banner (if provided) displayed at major NEXTerra events where applicable
      • Special mention at drivers meetings at major NEXTerra events where applicable
      • Sponsor name/logo added to promotional posts for the club through the calendar year


    2. Events Sponsor
      Requirements
      • Donates products/services free of charge for 1 specific club event (eg. ECXC)

      Benefits:
      • Sponsor name/logo displayed in posts promoting the event on the forum
      • Sponsor banner (if provided) displayed at the event
      • Special mention at drivers meetings at the event where applicable


    3. Associate Sponsor
      Requirements
      • Provides products/services at an ongoing discounted prices for NEXTerra Supporting Members (eg. 4WheelParts, Mastria Nissan, etc.)

      Benefits:
      • Vendor logo listed on the NEXTerra Website for the calendar year - http://www.nexterra.org/nexterra/sponsors/
      • Added to the rolling banner on the NEXTerra forums for the calendar year – http://www.nexterra.org/forums
