I received back the filing receipt from NY State today. So as of 4/06/07, we are officially a not-for-profit corporation; the Upstate New York Xterra Club, Inc.

That was a lot easier then the times I have gone through it with other organization.
Now, what can we claim as tas-deductable? Hmm, wonder if we can claim our mods? Mileage to events, since we will have meetings?
