On behalf of the Officers, Delegates, and Member Clubs of the North East Association of 4WD Clubs (NEA4WDC) or NEA I would like to welcome Upstate New York Xterra Club as our newest Probie member

As I explained at the meeting we will need to have a current delagate of the NEA attend a UNYX run and then we'll be able to vote your club in as a full member of the NEA at the next meeting.

I also need to have the Delegate and Alternate Delegate to the NEA create a user name on the NEA forum.
