| Post subject: | Clutch idle noise |
So I've trouble shooted a noise that's been going on for around 6 months. Has not got worse, but thought I'd share with the group. I have a 6 speed manual, so while parked in neutral there is an intermittent light knocking. But when I push the clutch in, it goes away. My first opinion is that it's a warped pressure plate. My guess would be the throwout bearing. |
