Just started last night... least that I noticed the coolant on my passenger floor mat.

I saw what it takes to replace it. I definitely can't do it.

Recommendations and/or where to go to get it replaced. I have a warranty on it still but not sure if it covers it. I will call them tomorrow about it and find out. But if its not covered please let me know.
I saw by pass options for a temp fix to keep it form leaking more but its freezing out and i leave early and need the defrost.

Thanks in advance.

Did you have any weird burning smells coming from the heater? Because I think I may have an issue with mine, too.

Yeah! I have had wierd smells for a montrh or so but I smelled coolant Christmas Eve when we were out looking at lights, I thought I might have a small leak in the engine bay and it was coming in from there... but nope it’s dripping on the inside. I also changed my cabin air filters and the bad smells went away. Check those in yours mine were super disgusting.w

Funny - I smelled mine on Christmas Eve on the way home. Smelled sweet and then started to smell as if someone had blown out some candles.

We just had this issue at the dealership, 2nd gen came in due to overheating issue. First tech did coolant flush and replace rad. Then the x came back, so second tech (me) did a re bleed system and then found the res and rad caps were mixed up not properly venting the system. Then the x came back again. This time there was still coolant, and I saw there was a elephant style vent protruding from the passenger bottom firewall of engine bay, accessed by removing passenger tire. It was dripping of coolant. Then we opened passenger door and entire mat was soaked in coolant. The lady had just had heater core done at a local shop a few months back. Why she comes to Nissan now? Idk.
