Thanks Tom. Yeah im going to get the non-grease able U-Joint if that is what is broke. I might get under there tonight and check it out.

SO the culprit is... The Cat converter heat shield! It broke off and was hitting the fornt drivershaft when the driveshaft turned! So stupid but easy fix! Thanks for all the help guys. Wish i found it sooner i would have been able to go offroading if found during the week :cry: :bang:
