2003 Xterra XE, PML, 32" tires. There's a squeak I keep getting from the front drivers side when rocking from side to side. I've read through all the other 'squeak' topics but haven't found a solution yet. Have lubed all the bump stops etc but still get it.

I don't think it's serious but very annoying specially when driving with the windows down Any idea?

Perhaps one of the control arm's ball joints? I say that because I just replaced my two LCA's (I have an '06), and a squeak I had for a long time is now gone. It had been coming from the driver's side LCA ball joint.

mmm... that doesn't sound good. I just had the UCA's replaced last month because of alignment issues. But didn't notice the squeak until this past weekend. Hopefully, I'll make it through ECXC without breaking anything.

I get a random squeek form my driver side when i get in and out of the xterra, has been like this for a year or so, just did my ball joints and I still have it... i assume it has to do with a body bushing (if those exsist??)

We can listen to it when we get down there and troubleshoot it further.
