Hi all,
I bought an aftermarket locking gas cap and it keeps setting off the Service Engine Light (The code that comes up is "Gas Evap")
Nissan does not have a factory locking gas cap (or locking door)
Any solutions?

The only option that I can think of is to get another brand of gas cap that has a seal that sits closer to stock

Go back to the stock gas cap. With modern designs, it is difficult at best to get a hose in there and siphon off gas.

I had one once. Never got it to seal so went back to OEM.

I have an aftermarket locking gas cap from Cherry Hill Nissan for 2 years with no problems.
