Grease ? For poly bushings

So I plan on instaling my OME lift this weekend and a quick question about grease. I am under the impression I should be using Moly lithium grease for the bushings and Shackles? Can anyone confirm , I saw on ARB site it says moly just not sure about the lithium based part or maybe they all are ?
Thoughts?

Lithium soap based grease is typically best, but, if the grease is oil/petroleum based, it dissolves the urethane, so, step one is making sure its not petroleum based.
