I am working on my steering and suspension after having issues that sent me off the trails this past Saturday. Pretty certain its worn bushings in my Calmini Idler arm....AGAIN! grrr

Somewhat unrelated, My centerlink from Calmini has the ends screwed all the way flush (ones that go to Pitman and Idler arm) I don't have instructions as we pulled thes from the truck I did the swap with, but my thought it, if it's adjutsable there must be a reason.

Anyone know if having the ends flush like that is the correct install method for the Calmini centerlink?

Thanks,

Lee

The center link needs to be set to a particular length. Off the top of my head I'm not sure what it is but I could measure and let you know. I also have a replacement bushing set available.

Here's a link to what I did.

Dave will be at ECXC so someone should able to get in touch with him.

I would check that steering link to be sure. It doesn't have that many miles on it so it may be something else, but it could have been beat up on the trails.

Dave/Bandit4x4 posted on the ECXC boards with some items off a 1st gen he had for sale http://www.ecxc.com/bbs/index.php?topic=877.0.

Also mentioned in the post that the fastest way to get a response was to email him at bandit4x4@gmail.com.
