Does anyone know anything about these gizmos? I can't get any sort of reaction on the XF site.

I need 2 for the front to make the Cragars fit.

Are they bad idea? Good idea? What do I look for? Where do I look?

I don't even know enough to start looking...

Do you mean wheel spacers? SLR sells them, but why do you need them?

Yes wheel spacers. Because the wheels don't fit around the front caliper.

hhmmmm I have heard to be wary of using wheel spacers... Keep researching - maybe try a few other boards... (If I could find more info for you I would, but I'm on lock down at work here, and cant search that well!)

the problem with spacers is that they weaken the connection between the wheel and the axle... when you offroad with them, you can damage them and end up losing a wheel on the highway...

spacers are fine for looks, but highly not recommended if you plan to wheel your truck...

I was going to send them back, but I wanted to research spacers a bit more before I went ahead and sent them back.

I really like the wheels, that's why I wanted to try and make them work. There are virtually no wheels out there for the 05. :(
