found a pretty sweet little ebay store....they sell wholesale tools at very low prices...most are new or lightly used harbor freight brands, but for the small stuff there is a flat shipping rate of $10.95 and they will combine items to save on shipping

lots of the stuff is "missing pieces" or not-quite-new condition...i bought an orbital jigsaw (harbor freight brand, normally $30) for $14 shipped that was marked "sold as is, non working"...plugged the saw in and nothing happened when i pulled the trigger...shot a little WD40 into the chuck and tapped it with a hammer and it started to move no problem
