The subject line kind of covers it. My company donates $ at random to charities submitted by employees. If NEXterra is 501c3, I can add us directly. If not, I'd like to add NEA4WD if possible. John? Seems like this is up your alley. |

We do conform to & meet the IRS 501 c7 - not for profit social clubs - regulations. While we meet & conform to the requirements, we are not currently registered as such. I searched their website, I cannot determine if the NEA4WD is 501(c)3 or 501(c)7 or maybe something else. I’m hoping Ernie has an answer to this. |
