Hows it going guys! I met with the presadant today after seeing his X around and figured I would give this a shot. Im Nate and here is my 04 Xterra. Anyone else in to overlanding? Some of my fav things I got is a triple battery setup, sleeping setup, and tire carrier I built. Most of my stuff I built myself. Hopefully we can all get out sometime! ImageImageImageImage

You should come wheel with us on June 2nd. We are going to Ma Bell and The Summit. It’s a good time.

Wish I could do Ma Bell and Summit. No skids. Also, no experience beyond Freetown.

What would be the next step after Freetown? Easy trails at GG?

You could do the easy side of Summit for just the morning with stock skids & care. GG & the easy greens at Rausch Creek are definitely doable. I wouldn’t compare Freetown with any actual trails, those are groomed dirt roads vs actual trails.

The stock X is very capable, wheel it as is before you do a great many mods.

Oh, I've got plenty of mods. 2" OME lift, 33's, HC Offroad rear bumper, WKO sliders...but I have no skids (it's the X trim) Also, it's my DD, so I can't risk too much. Gotta stay local too, so Rausch Creek is out.

If I can convince my wife, I'll probably join you for your next GG run. Maybe I'll slap on some P4X stock skids.

I still have a set if you’re interested.
