Paid off the last $4K of the school loan tonight!! Only thing left to pay is the mortgage. Only 24 more years on that!

Time to start saving for a X to put in the driveway!!!

We stopped using the Credit Cards about a year ago and did a budget. Wow what a difference. Christmas came and we had plenty saved for gifts. Reduced my stress dramatically.

One thing to think of is to open a savings account with the minimum balance to not incur a service charge. Set up a payroll direct deposit for a set amount ($40 or better) and in a year you'll have about $1000 if on a bi-weekly payroll (26 pays). This is the best option when saving for XMAS that I have found, too bad the major banks don't have XMAS clubs anymore. JPMC laughed when we told them we still had them in our retail banking sector.
