So, as some of you may know. My spc upper control arm snapped while on a trail in vt this weekend. Pic attached.
With a lot of help we got my truck out, towed to the camp area and repaired the next day.
I was safely able to tow my camper the 2 hours home.
Once I got home I thought I'd send spc an email with questions on warranty etc.
They called me back today and are sending me new replacements. Only charging me for a core as they want the old ones back to check. Very friendly and truly wanted to help me out after I explained what happened and sent them pics.
I'll happily buy spc products going forward and recommend them. Image

Great to hear. Sign of a good company, standing by their product. Probably safe to say, they haven’t seen a failure like that either.

Now that's great customer service. The new ones are forged, correct?

They are, and a new balljoint design.
So far I've ordered new lca's, wheel hubs, uca's and coilovers.
I've got new outer tire rods already.
A full refresh up front..coilovers are out like 2 months though.
It was time..staying regular width and not titan swapping.
