…is Christopher “Pikachu” Oakley. He was around back when I first got into this game. He was at a few ECXC’s and BTSR’s back in the day. Some of you old timers might remember him. I wheeled with him many times and he helped me out. I just learned that he passed yesterday morning, January 12, 2022.
My condolences go out to his family.
He was a Skid Row rep back when they were the only company making skid plates for our trucks and the first guy I knew running 35’s on his IFS Xterra.
I fell out of touch with him as I sadly have with many of the original Xterra OG’s but remember him fondly as a fun guy to hang out with and a good trail buddy.
Every day is a blessing and every friend you make is one as well. Rest in peace my friend.
