I have my 02 SC for sale after the engine seized and decided to get a second gen.
This was at a small dealer in western Mass. They bought it from a Ford dealer where it was taken in as a trade. 2010 Off Road, 99k miles, lifted with Radflo shocks, aftermarket UCA's, Shrockworks bumpers, sliders and full skids. Even has the Nissan Garmin! 285/75/16 tires. $10,000. I prefer manual transmissions, but this was too good (in my opinion) to pass up. I'm going to swap over the Gobi rack from my 02 (it is a second gen Gobi, I made it fit the first gen) and get a winch. Hoping to make ECXC this year.
Lots to learn about second gens, I've owned 4 different first gens over the last 12 years. ImageImageImageImage

Looks like a pretty good find. I have never owned a 1st gen Xterra but I think you will find that the extra power of the 2nd gen will be much appreciated for regular driving.

As a 2010 auto, I'd also make sure it's had the radiator replaced for SMOD and the timing chain guides aren't making a ruckus. I don't recall which year those both got updated but it was around 2010-2012 I think.
