Got the X back last night.... ahhhh it felt nice to drive it and get off-road again. I'm still not 100% sure what caused the engine ticking, since it was a core swap, and the junkyard didn't want it getting ripped apart. I'm thinking cracked piston, but possibly something came apart in the S/C.... Guess i'll never know.... anyway, engine and S/C with 1/2 the life on it @ 55,000
My buddy said if it wasn't for the BL it would have taken atleast twice as long, and would never do one without the BL... Sooo if you need to swap your engine, put a BL on.....
