I have 1/2 of a Calmini tire carrier...the upper, swing arm half...I would sell it for $75 if you can get Calmini to sell you just the lower portion...

I wonder if you can modify the skidrow lower bumper to work with the calmini upper.

I know you can get the SR bumper in pieces through 4x4parts.

Might want to look into it if Calmini won't sell the lower bumper separately.

Dan Can you send me some pics of it. I maybe interrested in it. And if anyone has a Shrock Bumper can you send me pic too? I really like shrock so i guess i'll try to see if the Swing arm will fit the Shrock Bumper. I'm not to worry if i have to modify the either bumper of swing arm to get them to fit.

Wow.. that looks pretty promising.
The hinge looks very similar, and at least is on the correct side for both.
Definitely a better match than a Skid Row bumper.

Oh.. With the shrock bumper, you'll have to ask if he can put the brackets on it for you, unless you want to fab your own.
His bumpers come plain with no hardware for a tire carrier unlike Skid Rows.

I have my shrock in the basement unmounted if you want detailed pics. Just tell me what you want to see.

Also if Dan can take some measurements of the swing arm i can measure mine for comparison. My guess would be that the calmini is more narrow than shrocks but could be made up for with washers.

The tough part would be the latch.

If you jump on the shrock now with the free shipping you will save about $110 but the 4 month wait would be brutal... It was bout 10+ weeks without a move in the schedule. But so worth it, the quality and design compared to my old Skid Row is night and day..

Mike that would be awesome, All i would need is the measurements of the length of the Arm and how thick the arm is. And i Guess anyone with a Calmini one or Dan can measure it the same way.
