Reminds me of a Mitch Hedberg quote:

That could've been easily avoided had some parent-- I don't care which one-- But some parent conditioned him to fear and respect that escalator !

I hear ya Anthony. Not a year goes by, not a year, that I don't hear about some escalator accident involving some bastard kid.

I love at Ikea they have a shopping cart escalator and they need to have personal and a sign there to tell parents to remove their child from the basket.
